MELTON • FERRE ASSOCIATES LLC are innovative professionals who provide a wide range of architectural services. We are committed to a vision of integrated and enviornmentally responsive architecture and are guided by our passion for excellence, belief in the collaborative process and our boundless curiosity. MFA pursue projects that allow us to address and think about how people interact with the built environment and we seek out projects of all scales and building types.
The two principles, Andrew Melton and Carlos Ferré have over 40 years of combined experience, and have developed professional specialties including renovations & additions to single and multi-family residential design, commercial and institutional architecture at a variety of scales.
Our ability to effectively communicate with a client to develop a design responsive to the client's standards, needs, and budget is essential to the foundation of our practice. Our knowledge of building methods and construction technologies enables us to manage a project within the designated time and budget constraints.
