This 2,800 sf residence is located in the highly desirable East Side of Providence, a neighborhood of established homes and mature landscaping. The owners summerize the home as a balance of the rustic and minimalist forms of intimacy and openness, and most significantly, as a statement of individul expression in harmony with the surrounding community.
Weston Residence 1
Several speculative homes were developed with each home having a distinct size, layout and finish. Each design explored a variety of well crafted solutions that were based on the principles of traditional regional architecture that blend into its envionment and organized on sustainable principles with well crafted detailing and finishes.

Atlantic Courtyard,

13 Townhouses are nested atop a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The units were designed with 3 different prototypes modeled to have the living rooms take advantage of the spectacular water views.
